Following hurricane damage, Intersurv was appointed to monitor construction funding and advise lending institutions on the recovery and rebuilding process. Our role involved feasibility assessment, drawdown approval, and risk reporting for two interconnected resort properties—ensuring responsible capital allocation in a complex redevelopment.

In one of our most strategic assignments to date, Intersurv partnered with CIBC FirstCaribbean to develop a bespoke construction and valuation lending policy for use across the Caribbean.
