Russell has over 25 years of experience in quantity surveying, valuation, and cost consulting. Originally trained in the UK (Franklin & Andrews, CBRE), he relocated to TCI in 1996 and has since delivered landmark projects including Grace Bay Club Resorts and Beaches TCI.

As owner of CASL, Russell partnered with Intersurv in 2018 to expand services in valuation and lending advisory across the region. He is a long-standing RICS Assessor and a member of TCASE.
