Raeh Williams is a Chartered Professional Surveyor and Managing Director of Williams Surveying, our Network Partner in The Bahamas. 

Having studied at Reading in the UK, Raeh leads her team with over 15 years of experience, having previously worked at DHP Associates as well as The Bahamas Government.

Raeh has worked on many landmark projects providing Quantity Surveying services and related disciplines such as measurement and financial administration, cost control and analysis, project management/ administration and providing contractual advice.

Raeh’s experience includes providing cost and valuation advice on a number of different property types including but not limited to single family homes, luxury homes and condominiums, schools, small island airports, hurricane recovery installations, as well as commercial and governmental office developments. 

Raeh has worked with Intersurv over recent years on a number of projects in The Bahamas over several islands and property types, demonstrating her attention to detail and commitment to time deadlines, making her a highly valued Network Partner.

Raeh is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
