Ian is a veteran Project and Construction Manager with over two decades of hands-on experience delivering high-end developments across the UK, Middle East, and Caribbean.

After early-career roles with major UK contractors (Tarmac, Costain, Kier), Ian spent two years in the Middle East before relocating to the Turks & Caicos Islands in 2000. He then led the successful construction of the Hilton North Tower in Barbados, followed by a 15-year tenure as Construction Director at Royal Westmoreland Golf & Country Club, where he oversaw the delivery of luxury townhomes and villas.

Since joining Intersurv, Ian has expanded the firm’s presence in Barbados and provided construction leadership on a wide range of commercial and hospitality projects. He holds a degree in Building Engineering & Management from the University of Brighton and is a Member of the Association for Project Management.
