With a background in civil engineering and experience with UK firms like Balfour Beatty and Trafalgar House, Ian moved to the Caribbean in 1997. He worked on various high-profile projects across St Lucia, Nevis, and Jamaica before founding Harrison Surveying in 2009.

Ian has played a major role in resort development, government housing, and distressed asset recovery. His firm continues to lead key Intersurv assignments in St. Lucia, including work at Sugar Beach and Cap Estate.
