Chris is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 25 years of experience in construction and property valuation across the UK and Caribbean. He began his career in London with two of the world’s largest consultancy firms, before relocating to the Caribbean in 2004.

Chris led major assignments in The Bahamas, Jamaica, and Turks & Caicos before becoming Director of BCQS’s new St. Lucia office in 2008. He later served as Director of Risk Management for CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank, where he oversaw regional property and lending strategies.

In 2015, Chris founded Intersurv to address a market need for independent, consistent, and regionally intelligent consultancy. Since then, he has overseen more than $500M USD in construction and property finance advisory across 18+ jurisdictions. A graduate of Kingston University, he holds Fellow status with RICS.
